Shipping
Bed swing covers are cut and sewn to order. Most ship in about 2 weeks. During busy seasons, or for custom changes, it can take longer, and I'll let you know if your order will run past that.
Rope kits and hardware are cut and packed to order and usually ship within a few business days. If you order a cover with rope or hardware, they may arrive in separate boxes.
You'll get a tracking number by email as soon as your order ships.
Returns
Covers are sewn to fit and rope is cut to your ceiling height, so I can't accept returns on custom-cut rope or sewn covers.
If anything arrives damaged or has a defect in materials or workmanship, I'll fix it or replace it. Contact me as soon as it arrives, with a photo of the problem and your order number.
Questions before you order?
If you're not sure a cover or rope kit will fit, send a message with a photo of your swing's corner. I'd rather answer a question up front than have something not fit.
