Orders and pricing
All prices are in U.S. dollars. I may refuse or cancel an order if a price or product is listed in error, and you'll get a full refund if I do. Sales tax is added where required.
Made-to-order items
Covers are sewn to the measurements and options you give me, and rope is cut to length. Please double-check your measurements before ordering. If you're unsure, send a photo first and I'll help confirm the fit.
Shipping, returns and defects

Safe use
Rope kits and hardware must be installed into solid structural framing by a capable person. Check rope, hardware and mounting points regularly and replace anything worn. Crafted Swing Works LLC isn't responsible for injury or damage from improper installation, overloading or worn parts.
Limitation of liability
To the extent the law allows, my total liability for any claim related to a purchase is limited to the amount you paid for that item.
